  • 200g butir, li tkun hrigtu minn qabel biex jirtab
  • 150g zokkor
  • 2 bajdiet, imhabbtin
  • Nitfa kannella

Metodu

  1. Qaxxar u qatta’ t-tuffieh.
  2. Poggihom f’targen kbir maz-zokkor ismar, il-kannella u madwar zewg mgharef ilma u hallihom fuq in0har sakemm jirtabu u jsiru kannellin.
  3. Poggihom go dixx tal-forn li tkun dlikt bil-butir u ppressahom fil-qieh.
  4. Saddattant, f’recipjent iehor hawwad il-butir u zokkor flimkien sakemm jirtabu sew u jkollok tahlita tajba.
  5. Bil-mod zid il-bajd imhabbtin ftit, ftit, imbaghad zid il-lewz mithun u kompli hawwad.
  6. Qassam din it-tahlita fuq it-tuffieh u llixxa l-wicc billi tuza mgharfa tal-injam maqluba.
  7. Sajjar f-forn imsahhan minn qabel ghal temperature ta’ 180C, ghal madwar 45 minuta sakhemm il-wicc jiehu kulur dehbi.
  8. Sserviha shuna bil-krema friska.

Dawn huma gluten free, lactose free u low fat.

Chocolate Chip Quinoa Cookies

35g lewz midhun
280g quinoa msajra
kuccarina baking powder
50 g chocolate chips
100g coconut
2 abjad tal bajd
100g peanut butter jew almond butter
75ml coconut milk jew applesauce
100g agave jew ghasel
Vanilla
1/8 kuccarina kanella
niskata melh

Sahhan il forn 170C.

Ipprepara dixx tal forn bil karta forn u sprej tat-tisjir.

Hallat flimkien, il peanut butter, il-halib tal-coconut jew apple sauce u l vanilla flimkien sakemm it-tahlita tkun konsistenti

Go skutella ohra hallat il-lewz meidhun, il quinoa, il baking powder, il-chocolate chips, il-coconut u l-melh.  Zd il abjad tal bajd u hallat sew.

Hallat flimkien il-ingridjienti taz-zewg skutelli.  Ifforma blalen u aghfas ftit b’subajk halli taghmel forma ta cookie.

Ahmi ghal 20-25 minuta go forn shun 170C.  Hallihom jikshu kompletament qabel ma tnehhihom minn fuq it-trej.
