Insalata tal-kale, rummien u lewz pekan minn Antida

Insalta ta’ Antida, healthy wisq u tista taghmila malajr hafna:





1/2 kikkra ġewż pekan
1/2 basla ħamra żgħira
75g kale
1 Rummien żgħira
150g Ġobon fetta
2 mgharef tursin frisk
wheat grass


Farrak jew qatta 'l-ġobon tal-feta. Qaxxar r-Rummien u żommha lagemba. 
Qatta t-tursin. Neħħi z-zkuk tan-nofs mill-kale u qatta l-weraq f'biċċiet ta 'daqs tal-gidma.Qaxxar il-basla vjola u qattaw go slajcis u xarrabhom fl-ilma kiesaħ biex tneħħi t-toghma pikkanti. Irranga l-insalata billi tqiegħed il-weraq tal kale, it-tursin, is-slajcis tal-basal vjola fi skutella. Fuqhom poggi il-wheat grass u zid il gobon feta l-gobon feta u l gewz. Ferrex ir-rummien fil-wicc.

Ghamel id-dressing billi thallat 3 mgharef zejt taz zebbuga, 2 mgharef hall ta tuffieh, mgharfa dijon mustard u 2 mgharef ghasel.  Zid ftit melh u bzar u hawwad flimkien.  Ferrah fuq il-insalata u servi.

Ingredjenti

  • 1½ kg tuffieh tat-tisjir
  • 75g zokkor ismar
  • 200g lewz imqaxxar u mithun frisk
  • 200g butir, li tkun hrigtu minn qabel biex jirtab
  • 150g zokkor
  • 2 bajdiet, imhabbtin
  • Nitfa kannella

Metodu

  1. Qaxxar u qatta’ t-tuffieh.
  2. Poggihom f’targen kbir maz-zokkor ismar, il-kannella u madwar zewg mgharef ilma u hallihom fuq in0har sakemm jirtabu u jsiru kannellin.
  3. Poggihom go dixx tal-forn li tkun dlikt bil-butir u ppressahom fil-qieh.
  4. Saddattant, f’recipjent iehor hawwad il-butir u zokkor flimkien sakemm jirtabu sew u jkollok tahlita tajba.
  5. Bil-mod zid il-bajd imhabbtin ftit, ftit, imbaghad zid il-lewz mithun u kompli hawwad.
  6. Qassam din it-tahlita fuq it-tuffieh u llixxa l-wicc billi tuza mgharfa tal-injam maqluba.
  7. Sajjar f-forn imsahhan minn qabel ghal temperature ta’ 180C, ghal madwar 45 minuta sakhemm il-wicc jiehu kulur dehbi.
  8. Sserviha shuna bil-krema friska.
