mazz ħabaq frisk imqatta ‘irqiq

mazz tursin frisk imqatta ‘ irqiq

1/2 kikkra frak tal-ħobż

100g Parmeġġan maħkuk

Melħ u bżar

mgħarfa meraq tal-lumi

2 imgħaref żejt taż-żebbuġa


Saħħan il-forn 180C.

Dellek dixx tal–ħami biż-żejt taż-żebbuġa.

Irranġa t-tadam fuq it-trej tal-ħami.

Zid il -melħ u bżar

Fi skutella ħallat it-tewm, ħabaq, tursin, frak tal-ħobż, ġobon Parmeġġan, melħ u bżar, meraq tal-lumi u żejt taż-żebbuġa.

Ħallat sew .

Imla n- nofsijiet tat-tadam.

Aħmi għal 30 minuta.
