  • 1½ kg tuffieh tat-tisjir
  • 75g zokkor ismar
  • 200g lewz imqaxxar u mithun frisk
  • 200g butir, li tkun hrigtu minn qabel biex jirtab
  • 150g zokkor
  • 2 bajdiet, imhabbtin
  • Nitfa kannella

Metodu

  1. Qaxxar u qatta’ t-tuffieh.
  2. Poggihom f’targen kbir maz-zokkor ismar, il-kannella u madwar zewg mgharef ilma u hallihom fuq in0har sakemm jirtabu u jsiru kannellin.
  3. Poggihom go dixx tal-forn li tkun dlikt bil-butir u ppressahom fil-qieh.
  4. Saddattant, f’recipjent iehor hawwad il-butir u zokkor flimkien sakemm jirtabu sew u jkollok tahlita tajba.
  5. Bil-mod zid il-bajd imhabbtin ftit, ftit, imbaghad zid il-lewz mithun u kompli hawwad.
  6. Qassam din it-tahlita fuq it-tuffieh u llixxa l-wicc billi tuza mgharfa tal-injam maqluba.
  7. Sajjar f-forn imsahhan minn qabel ghal temperature ta’ 180C, ghal madwar 45 minuta sakhemm il-wicc jiehu kulur dehbi.
  8. Sserviha shuna bil-krema friska.
