Banana Loaf bil-Jogurt Grieg – all-in-one [reduced fat, reduced sugar]

 

Ghandek bzonn:

250g dqiq self raising
1 kuċċarina trab tal-ħami
2 kikkri zokkor jew stevia [ekwivalenti, segwi t-tabella fuq il pakett]
2 mgħaref agave jew għasel
4 banana, mgħaffġa
vanilla
niskata kanella
4 bajdied
niskata melh
300g Jogurt grieg
qoxra ta 1/3 ta lumija
qoxra ta’ kwart ta’ laringa

Sprej tal-hami

Sahhan il-forn għal 190C

Ipprepara landa bis sprej tal-hami
Gharbel  id-dqiq darbtejn, zid it-trab tal-ħami.
Go mixer tal-eletriku, Żid iz- zokkor jew stevia u niskata melh, żid banana, bajd, vanilla, agave jew għasel u jogurt Grieg, melh kanella, vanilla. Ippuriza kollox flimkien sakemm it tahlita tigi lixxa.
Zid it tahlita ta’ dqiq u Ħawwad sakemm it-taħlita tingħaqad imma tħawwadx iz-zejjed.
Ferra go-landa tal-kejkijiet u ahmi fil forn ‘għal 45 minuta sa siegħa.
Ħalliha tibred qabel it-tneħħija mill-landa. Jekk se taghmel muffins halli ghal 25 minuta fil forn.
