Bajd msajrin fil-polpa tad-tadam bil-gobon Halloumi

1/2 kuċċarina butir
1 Basla bajda, mqatta ‘
4 sinniet tewm, mqatta
1/4 kuċċarina paprika affumigata
250g tadam tal-bott
Melħ u ħafna bżar t
150g Ġobon halloumi, mqatta ‘
4 bajd
Tursin imqatta u merqtux frisk ghal wicc

Sahhan il-butir go tagen kbir fuq sħana moderata. Żid il-basal u sajjar sakemm jsir  kulur dehbi. Żid it-tewm u sajjar ghal 2 minuti.
Żid it-tadam tal bott. Saħħan  għal madwar 15-il minuta.
Poggi il-bajd fuq it-tahlita u sajjar sakemm l isfar tal-bajda jidher  issettjat.
Imbagħad żid il-halloumi mqatta ‘u ħalli kollox jsir fil meraq tat tadam ghal 5 minuti.
Zejjen il-wicc bit-tursin u merqtux frisk
