Ghal ricetta ta’ Sfineġ ta’ malajr ghandek bzonn:

2 bajdied

200g dqiq self raising

nofs kuccarina trab tal hami

niskata melh

nofs kuccarina paprika affumigat

250g irkotta

1/4 kuccarina qoxra tal lumija mahkuka

mgharfa tursin frisk mqatta irieq

halib – bizejjed biex jkollok dropping consistency

zejt tal girasole jew soybea biex taqli

Ghal mili: 70g incova mqatta bicciet zghar

Uza stikka biex thallat l ingridjienti kollha flimkien [minbarra l-incova]. Zid bizzejjed halib biex it-tahlita tigi dropping consistency.  Mgharfa mgharfa.  Halli t tahlita toghqod ghal nofs siegha. 

Sahhan iz zejt taz zebbuga go tagen biex taghmel deep fry. Ghalekk ghandek bzonn zejt mhux hazin.  Uza zewg kuccarini biex tagmel blalen.  Qabel ma taqlihom, poggi bicca incova zghira go kull porzjon.  Meta jitaw fil wicc, nehhihom mizz zejt.  Poggihom fuq platt miksi bil kitchen towel biex jixxotta iz zejt.  Zejjen bi ftit tursin frisk mqatta u servi waqt il ghadhom shan.
