Ricetta antika tal-kejk tal-blokka minn Renato Briffa.  Kienu jbiegħu dan il kejk fuq il Monti b’użin.

250g zokkor –

250g Butir

250g Bajd

250 grms Dqiq

Mgharfa Baking powder

Hakka lumija

4 qatriet Vanilla

Metodu:

Hawwad iz zokkor mal butir bil-K beater u titfa l-bajd ftit, ftit wara li thallat

id-dqiq, baking powder, lumi u vanilla b’idejk bil-mod biex ma ddahhallux

arja.

Ipprepara dixx tal kejkijiet bil-baking paper u Itfa kollox go fiha.

ahmi go forn b’temperatura 170 C jew gas mark 5 ghal 40 minuta.
