2 tamal

erba’ mgħaref cornflour

erba’ mgħaref stevia

mgharfa agave jew pejst tat tamal

ftit qtar ilma tal-fjuri, tista’ tuża ilma żahar jew ilma tal-ward, jew jekk tippreferi ħallihom barra.

Metodu:

Poggi il gellewz fil ilma ghal lejl.  Lahlah il gellewz.  Poggi go liquidizer u zid 700ml ilma.  Idhon sakemm jigi fin hafna.

F’kazzola ħallat il-lewż midħun bil likwidu (halib tal lewz), is stevia  u lu saħnu fuq nar baxx. Ħallat il-cornflour ma’ 300ml ilma.

Żid l-ilma tal-fjuri jekk se tużah. Kif tibda tgħali t-taħlita żid il-cornflour bil-ilma u ħawwad waqt li tneħħih min fuq in nar.

Jekk se sservi bouza tradizjonali Tuneżjia ferraha f’tazzi tal-ħġieġ u żejjen il-wiċċ bil-lewż.
