Kejk tal Butternut Squash u Zunnarija: Ricetta ta’Malajr

Sahhan il forn 160C.

Go l ewwel skutella hallat dawn billi tuza hand blender
75ml olive oil
125 ml yoghurt
4 isfra tal bajd
200ml Agave (natural sweetener)
150g butternut squash (msajra u mqaxra)

Go tieni skutella gharbel id dqie zid l ingridjienti l ohra imma iz zunnarija mahkuka halli l ahhar. Hallat halli tiksi z zunnarijia bil dqid.
300g dqiq self raising
150g zunnarija mahkuka
1/2 kuccarina bicarbonat
1/2 kuccarina ginger
1/2 kuccarina cinnamon
pod ta vanilla
75g coconut

Go tielet skutella
4 abjad tal bajd (ghamlu skuma)

Zid it tahlita ta dqiq mat tahlita tal likwidi.. Hawwad bmgharfa tal metal
Fl ahhar zid il abjad tal bajd. Uza mgharfa tal metal u hawwad bil mod.
Poggi go dixx tal kejks 23cm miksi bil sprej tal forn.
Ahmi ghal 40 minuta 160 C
