Din ir ricetta hielsa mill bajd u mill butir.  Ghal ricetta hielsa mill glutina uzaw dqiq self raising bla glutina u ghal hobza hielsa mill prodotti tal halib uzaw coconut milk minflokk jogurt.

Ghandek bzonn:

400g dqiq self raising

nofs tuffieha mahkuka
mgħarfa tal ħall ta tuffieħorganiku
200ml jogurt
200g mincemeat
niskata noċemuskata
1/4 kuċċarina mixed spice
niskata melħ
mgħarfa żejt taż-żebbuġa kuċċarina

Saħħan il forn 180C

Gharbel id-dqiq darbtejn fi skutella kbira. Żid il-mincemeat (milli tal mincemeat), n-noċemuskata, ħwawar imħallta (mixed spice), tuffieha mahkuka bil qoxra b’kollox, niskata melħ u ħawwad sakemm il-mincemeant (milli tal mincepies) huwa miksi bi dqiq. Uża mgħarfa tal-metall kbira biex tħallat bil-jogurt, u wara zid iz-żejt taż-żebbuġa. Ġib il-għaġina flimkien  b’idejk imma thawaddx aktar. Jekk ikun meħtieġ żid ftit ilma kuċċarina kul darba, biex tiffurmaw l-għaġina
Idlek l  landa tal kejk forma ta stilla billi tuza pinzell bi ftit żejt taż-żebbuġa.

Pogggi l hobza fil forn ghal 40 minuta sakemm issir.
