Noodles bil canga, brokkoli u ginger

 

kuċċarina tewm imqatta’ fin

kwart ta’ basla, imqatta’ fin

2 kuċċarini ginger frisk imqatta’

niskata stevia

soy sauce, skont kemm tiggosta

250g canga mqatta slajcis

2 kuċċarini fish sauce

200g brokkoli mgħollija

100g faqqieh (mushrooms)

mgħarfa żejt tal-ġulġlien

mgħarfa żejt għall-qali

noodles

Saħħan iż-żejt f’taġen. Żid iċ-ċanga u ħawwad kontinwament sakemm jsir l laham. Saffi l-laħam miż-żejt. F’taġen ieħor aqli t-tewm, il-basla u l-ginger.  Zid il faqqieh u hawwad.   Żid il-laħam msajjar, il-fish sauce, is-soy sauce u l-istevia.

Żid il-noodles imsajrin u ħawwad.

Finalment żid il-brokkoli, iż-żejt tal-ġulġlien u ftit aktar soy sauce.
