Ricetta tal gurnata: Tray bake ta tigieg, qaqqoc u spinaci

Għandek bżonn:

2 isdra tat-tiġieġ imsajrin u mqattgħin
250 qlub tal-qaqoċċ imsajrin u mqattgħin
250g spinaċi msajra u mqattgħa
basla msajra u mqattgħa
sinna tewm maħkuka
kikkra yoghurt
nofs kikkra light mayonnaise
nofs kikkra mozzarella maħkuka
nofs kikkra ġobon maħkuk
melħ u bżar

Żomm għall-wiċċ mgħarfa ġobon maħkuk u mgħarfa mozzarella. Ħallat l-ingredjenti kollha flimkien. Fil-wiċċ poġġi l-ġobon maħkuk u l-mozzarella li rfajt. Aħmi fil-forn f’temperatura ta’ 180 grad Celcius għal nofs siegħa.
