nofs kikkra ħafur

niskata melħ

1/4 ta’ kuċċarina kannella

ftit vanilla

2 mgħaref agave

mgħarfa stevia

1/3 ta’ kikkra ċikkulata (chocolate chips)

 

Iksi dixx tal-forn bil-karta forn. Ġo skutella poġġi l-cashew nuts, il-ħafur, il butternut squash msajjar, il-melħ u l-kannella u itħanhom b’mixer tal-elettriku. Titħanx iżżejjed – biżżejjed kemm il-ingredjenti jinkisru sew. Żid il-maple syrup u l-vanilla mat-taħlita. Ħawwad sakemm tifforma ballun.
