2 kikkri dqiq self-raising

nofs kuċċarina baking powder

nofs kuċċarina bikarbonat

kikkra zokkor jew ammont ekwivalenti ta’ stevia

2 mgharef Agave

3 bananiet, immaxxjati

3 bajdiet imħabbtin

150g yoghurt

meraq ta’ nofs lumija

Metodu:

Saħħan il-forn għal 160 grad Celcius. Iksi dixx tal-kejkijiet bil-karta tal-ħami. Għarbel id-dqiq, il-bikarbonat u l-baking powder fi skutella. Żid iz-zokkor jew stevia. Agħmel toqba fiċ-ċentru tat-taħlita u żid il-banana, il-bajd u l-yoghurt.

Ħawwad sakemm it-taħlita tingħaqad flimkien imma tħawwadx iżżejjed. Ferra’ t-taħlita ġo dixx tal-kejkijiet u aħmi għal 45 minuta. Oħroġ il-kejk mill-forn u ħallih jiksaħ qabel ma taqilgħu mid-dixx.
